CAPTAIN JOSEPH LAZARO  acquired his captain's license in 1986 and embarked upon the journey of a life time sailing the Caribbean and Mediterranean Seas. By 2002,   Joseph had explored the Pacific Ocean and successfully traversed the Atlantic and Indian Oceans.  From ordinary deckhand to senior captain, he is highly qualified in all aspects of seamanship.
